ALL SHIPPING IS FREE: within the United States through USPS.
Please note that all orders require a 2-day processing time before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options

We ship to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or lost shipments. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by USPS. If the package shows up as ‘undelivered’ through the USPS shipping, we will replace the item free of charge.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • In some cases – custom orders can take an extra 1-2 days for order creation.
  • Large orders for groups and events can take even longer. For specific questions please reach out.
  • Shipping to cities is always faster than shipping to rural areas.
  • Shipping will take anywhere between 3-5 business days depending on your location within the U.S.
  • Expedited shipping options available – and outlined within the checkout process.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. Upon receiving that confirmation order, if we do not receive any adjustments with your order within the following 3-6 hours we will proceed on that order as it shows.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@azimly.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to determine correct address, and ship as needed.

FREE Replacement

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange policy that allows you to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order on non-custom made azimly cards.

One time FREE Replacement for your damaged card – FOREVER

If your order includes a damaged or broken card, please reach out to us at hello@azimly.com.

we also offer a one-time free replacement for the entirety of owning the card, regardless of how it is damaged.

The damaged card must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the replacement, and we will cover the shipping costs. If we do not receive the damaged card within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement.

Please note that the free replacement is only available for the first instance of a damaged or broken card in your order.

Returns & Refunds

Each and every card goes through a very detailed quality control check to make sure there are no scratches, dents, or cracks. In some cases, natural materials might have some variable color, or texture and those we cannot account for. However, with our review process we are extremely meticulous in making sure they pass the test, if they don’t, we do not print on them.

Each and every card is wrapped individually, as to keep them from scratching on each other, and on bulk orders, each card is inside of it’s own individual packaging, prior to being packaged in the larger envelope.

In rare cases, the USPS might have some issues with the envelope being bent, or damaged during shipping. If that is the case, please reach out to hello@azimly.com and include your order information and we can get you a new card (same exact printing as before) shipped out free of charge.

Regardless of the series purchased, or customization done. Sales are complete and final. If you purchase a card, and did accidentally select the wrong wording, style or series, we would be happy to provide a one time reprint for an individual card at 50% discount.

We take a 3 step process for approval. The initial lettering process approval. Confirmation at checkout. Order email, with approval verification that provides an allowance of 6 hours. If, at that point we are not notified of any changes needed or errors made we will print as it shows.

We cannot account for misspelled words, punctuation or improper spacing. Some individuals might have a specific request for spelling and while it might look different to us, it might be something they have. We would rather allow the majority of orders going through uninterrupted than to hold every single order up for approval.
